Service Information
- All values are expressed in Argentine Pesos, VAT included, and can be changed without previous warning.
- The rates are based on a 24 hour rental, with 1 hour return tolerance. As from the 25th hour, 1/6 of the daily rental will be charged for each hour of delay (including the hour of tolerance). In excess of 6 hours, a full day rental will be charged.
- The vehicle is delivered clean and with the fuel tank full, therefore it has to be returned in the same conditions. Otherwise the fuel refill and/or car wash will be charged at the rate fixed by Solución Rent A Car from time to time.
- The rented vehicle may only be driven by the person who signs the rental agreement or by whom it may appoint. (If such person does not drive). This right may be extended to additional drivers. Please consult extra charge.
- Solución Rent a Car home delivers and/or retrieves units at the renters’ domicile and/or airports. Charges for this service are stated in Solución Rent a Car Delivery rate chart.
- The rented vehicle may be returned in any part of the country. This requirement shall be notified when the car is being delivered and a $1.20/km return rate will be charged, taking into account the distance between the place of the unit delivery and that of the return.
- Solución Rent a Car gives the customer the benefit of the most convenient rate at the time of the vehicle return.
- In the event of robbery, theft, fire and/or collision, the customer will have to give the relevant notice of damage to the police, within 48 hours of the fact.
- International flights: After the reservation has been received and confirmed, and the date, airline and flight number informed to us, we shall wait for the passenger at Ezeiza airport without any additional charge.
- Domestic Flights: Ditto international flights.
- Airport tax is 10%.

Insurance
Insurance included in the rates: Civil liability coverage up to $800,000 and partial coverage of the rented vehicle in case of robbery, theft, fire or collision with the first $2,000 in charge of the customer. The insurance deductible for windshield, stereo, or accessory robbery, loss or breaking will be limited to the market reposition value. Insurance deductible for car overturn: $8,500. INSURANCE EXTENSION A: Partial coverage of the rented vehicle in case of robbery, theft, fire or collision with deductibles up to 50 % in charge of the customer. The other coverage remains unchanged. Additional daily charge for this coverage:$38-Group A-B-C-D-E--Group U :$ 48.
