2. IS IT NECESSARY TO BE A CREDIT CARD HOLDER TO RENT A CAR?
No, the credit card holder must be the person who signs the agreement. If the person that will drive the car does not hold a credit card, it will have to be declared authorized driver.

3. MAY I DRIVE THE CAR IF I HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORIZED IN THE AGREEMENT?
No, as if any damage or event takes place the unit will loose the insurance coverage, that covering the vehicle and the third parties that are being transported. This is stated on the terms and conditions of the agreement that you may find clicking here.

4. MAY I EXTEND THE AGREEMENT IF I STATED THAT I WOULD RETURN IT AT A PREVIOUS TIME?
Yes, if you contact us and conclusively state the date, place and probable drop-off time, the new data of the vehicle return will be registered.

5. IS THE RATE THE SAME DURING THE WHOLE YEAR, EVERY DAY?

6. MAY I RENT A DETERMINED CAR MODEL?
No, we have a fleet not older than 3 years and the car models of the different rate divisions are indicative, subject to availability.

7. MAY I REQUEST THAT THE CAR BE DELIVERED AT A SPECIAL DOMICILE?
Yes, after the reservation has been confirmed with an additional charge for home delivery and/or return, the date, time and place for the delivery or devolution of the rented unit is then agreed.

8. CAN I PICK-UP OR DROP-OFF THE CAR WHEN I GET TO THE AIRPORT?
Yes, after confirming the reservation, with the data of the flight number, airline and date of arrival or departure, we shall wait for you and your family with a sign with your name.

9. WHAT IS THE INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE FOR THE CAR RENTAL?
The insurance deductible for groups A , B, D is $3,000, A1 and D1 is $ 3,600, E is $ 4,200 and E1 is $ 5,200 and for group U (utility vehicles) it is $4,800. You may choose to reduce the insurance deductible to 50%. The additional daily cost for such reduction is $38 in A - E group and $ 48 in U group.

10. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE?
Our rates include the car rental for the days and Km agreed, the relevant insurance, VAT (Value Added Tax).

11. WHAT CONCEPTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE?
Fuel (the vehicle is delivered with the tank full and should be returned in the same conditions), car wash, delivery and/or return out of business hours, airport tax (10%) and the baby seat.

12. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AGREED ON A CERTAIN RATE AND I EXCEEDED THE KM?
You will pay a value per exceeded Km according to the rate agreed upon when you picked up the vehicle. There is no devolution if the Km agreed were not used.

13. HOW DO I COUNT MY RENTAL DAYS?
The days are counted by 24 hours from the time you picked up the unit. That is to say, if you take the car at 5 pm, the first day expires at 5 pm on the following day. The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

14. HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

15. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE VEHICLE HAS A BREAKDOWN OR ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME WHEN I AM USING IT?
We will assist you and if necessary, the unit will be replaced by another of similar characteristics.

16. WHAT SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS WILL I HAVE TO BEAR IN MIND REGARDING THE INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE?
The insurance deductible covers the damages or robbery of the unit with your participation up to the limit of the deductible agreed; we undertake the rest. The stereo, crystals and wheels are not covered by the deductible, that is to say that in any event the cost of such items shall be computed as part of the deductible.

17. MAY I RETURN THE RENTED CAR IN ANOTHER CITY?
Yes, previously informing us when you pick up the vehicle and considering an additional cost for the kilometres between the city of delivery and that of the car return. Please consult the drop-off value at www.solucionrentacar.com.ar/modelosingles/
